Missing Stella already

Dang, haven't been sorrier to see an online journal vanish since the disappearance of Ophelia and Jay T.

Maybe Stella will discover she's so addicted to it, she'll reconsider. :)

Ophelia disappeared?

I think I should start a site or page or something for former online journal writers to band together to fight the peer pressure of demanding readers. ;)

Does putting "Ophelia disappeared?" up as a link to Ryan's journal suggest that Ryan was writing as Ophelia Z?!

Interpol has a song titled "Stella was a diver and she was always down". Of course, the noteworthy part of the song is when the singer intones, "Stella, I love you".

As for Ophelia Z, well, even folks in Austin know about her.

I was just browsing through IMR early at work and I found my name on Ryan's Miscellaneous page. I've also emailed a few members of the community sporadically (OK, just Jeff and Greg)... to make a long story short, I'm still here in Hawaii, still working in PR and all - but I now live in Makiki (where I'm a parishioner at Sacred Heart), using a cheaper ISP for my dialup, and working on other projects outside of the blog world.

For those of you who posted in this thread: Thanks for the memories.

Glad you're doing well, in any case. Yours was among the most memorable voices here, and yes, you're still missed!
