Aloha ohana!

alright.. so here i am trying to belong! i am new here and wanted to give a "BIG ALOHA" to everyone here! my name is Heidi and i want to get familliar with everyone here!

you peeps are awesome from the posts i have been reading! and also, i do get a good laugh! I have been reading Hawaii Stories for a while and thought... well... kewl! why not ask if i can be a part of this big ohana!

i know its frowned upon to link my own web to this post but i am sure ryan wont mind if i let you know which website is mine.

Welcome, Heidi! Beyond your profile, why not tell us more about your connection to the islands? And when's your next trip here? Could be an excuse for a mini-HawaiiStories gathering...

i am going to oahu soon and can hardly wait! its been a whole year to be exact! it like i am in a dream every time i drive down the pali or the H-3, especially when its done raining! those waterfalls are breath taking! from the pali look out you can see my parents house!! i leave on the first week of april! and i will be staying at my dad's house. i will however keep a daily journal while i am there and post it using my sister's computer!
whenever i go to hawaii i try to do as much as possible! i dont sleep much while i am there! going to the beaches, shopping at the swap meet, meeting friends,
visiting family and lecture my younger brother and sister (which takes up alot of my time!)
i grew up so many places! i lived in hawaii kai, aiea, waikiki, waimanalo, which was all before i turned 8! then my family finally settled on the windward side (kaneohe). i went to aikahi elem. , kailua inter, and then castle high! i moved to california in the middle of my junior year in high school. i got married at age 17, still married and going strong! i used to go home at least once a month then it was once every six months and now its once a year. all my family and friends live in hawaii! my husbands family lives in california. although my aunt and cousins live in fresno, california.
