Morning News in Italy

The morning news here start later than the ones in Hawaii....so while I'm going about my business in the house, I keep my ears open for the cooking/food segment besides the usual news stuff and weather report. Imagine my surprise

when I heard the word Sesso...Adesso...Spesso...which means SEX...NOW...OFTEN. At 9 in the morning on the NEWS??? I glanced over to the tv and saw a group of italian girls dancing and gyrating around the studio, looking like Janet Jackson wanna-bes in lowride tight jeans and black patent leather barely-covering-anything tops. Sure not anything like the hula dancers and hawaiian singers back home. I dunno....I was trying to remember what the morning news in Hawaii is like. Leslie still on? Kirk? Manolo the food guy?

Sure miss the mornings back home...

Rowena, every now and then I catch the morning news on Channel 2.

The show is co-anchored by Kirk Mathews and Tannya Joaquin, and in my opinion it is easily the best local morning news. Manolo Morales is still eating and finding those great plate lunches around the island, and Linda Coble (remember her?) chimes in now and then with feature reports.
