The Zoo
“You haven’t posted new dog photos for a while,” Judy told me. “Farley’s grown a lot bigger in two months.” She’s right. Here are a few shots that Judy took recently:
Rusty and Kirby, perched on the rim of the main turtle pen
Kirby, striking a wind-blowing-through-his-fur fashion model pose
Rusty, looking thoughtful
Farley, enjoying the breeze and the sunshine
Farley, standing in front of my Disorganized Pile of Rocks
Bernard, lunching on a native hibiscus blossom
Back in the house, Farley giving Rusty the side-eye

Geez, that poor dog (Farley) needs to eat! He’s just skin and bones. I’ll have to slip him some extra treats next time I see him.
Then again, most dogs look skinny next to my basset hound.

Hi Grant — Farley looks skinny next to Kirby and Rusty so I can only imagine what he would look like standing next to Thor!
Picture taking with these guys is exasperating — notice that only Farley makes direct eye contact with the camera and even he doesn’t do it often. I think Kirby taught them that. When we do outside pics, he looks everywhere but at me.

I love the side-eye photo! Also the modeling, wind-through-the-fur one. Oh, yeah, and Bernard. Love it!
