Taskeven could tell that Zonar was not pleased with Tobaz as both Tobaz and he were in front of Zonar and to make matters worse was that Cor and Hor were in the back of them, holding blaster rods. Zonar pointed to guard in the room and said, “You bring me this idiot technician here.”
“Yes my Lord Zonar” said the guard, he then moved towards the exit, Zonar noticed this, pointed to him and said “Hor”.
Hor moved in front of the guard and touched his blaster rod to the guard, it made a ka-pap sound and the guard fell to the floor.
Zonar looked and pointed to another guard in the room and said, “You bring me this idiot of a technician here.”
“Yes my Lord Zonar,” said the second guard, suspecting what the first guard forgot to do so he bowed before Zonar and then turned and went to the exit. His suspicions were confirmed when Zonar did not say anything.
“My Lord Zonar,” said Tobaz “since we might have to replace this technician soon may I suggest we bring over Tarn from ship 3, he knows things about the Dicon Empire.”
Zonar pondered this and said “Very well Tobaz.”
“Yes my Lord Zonar” said Tobaz who then bowed before Zonar and then turned away to the exit.”
Just then someone entered the room, bowed before Zonar and said “My Lord Zonar”.
Zonar pointed to him and said “Hor”
Hor went to him and touched his blaster rod to the newcomer, it made a ka-pap sound and the newcomer fell to the floor.
“Idiot technician, how dare you question my orders” gloated Zonar.
Just then two more entered the room, both bowed before Zonar and said “My Lord Zonar.”
“Yes.” said Zonar
“My Lord Zonar” said one of them, which Zonar noticed was the second guard “I bring the technician from the fighter bay.”
“Which technician?” said the Zonar
“My Lord Zonar” said the guard “I believe you referred to him as the idiot of a technician.”
“Then who is this on the floor?” asked Zonar as he pointed to the second body on the floor.”
“My Lord Zonar” said the guard “I have no idea.”
“Taskeven!” yelled Zonar as he pointed to the second body on the floor “who is this on the floor.”
“My Lord Zonar” said Taskeven as he bowed toward Zonar and then turned away and went to the second body. He turned the body over so that the face was up. Taskeven turned to Zonar and said, “My Lord Zonar, it is Piyo-Piyo.”
“I thought Cor killed him.” said Zonar.
“My Lord Zonar” said Taskeven “that was Piyo the fighter pilot, this is Piyo-Piyo the scanner operator.”
“What did Piyo-Piyo want?” asked Zonar
“I have no idea my Lord Zonar” replied Taskeven
“Taskeven check with the scanner operators” ordered Zonar
“Yes my Lord Zonar” said Taskeven, he then bowed before Zonar and then turned away from Zonar.
Zonar turned to the technician and said “Idiot why haven’t you moved the device to this chamber?”
“My Lord Zonar” said the technician “The device will not fit into here, it can however fit into the main chamber if we temporary remove some of the doors between the fighter bay and the main chamber.”
“Then do so,” said Zonar “and technician fail me and you will die, I do not tolerate failure or incompetence.”
“Yes my Lord Zonar” said the technician, he then bowed before Zonar, turned away and went through the exit.
Taskeven then returned, bowed before Zonar and said “My Lord Zonar, the approaching enemy has changed it’s course again.”
“To where?” asked Zonar
“My Lord Zonar,” said Taskeven “it is trying to come at our side.”
“Change course to intercept it I want to face this enemy up front.” ordered Zonar.
“Yes my Lord Zonar” said Taskeven, he then bowed before Zonar, turned and exited the chamber.
