Chapter 2

“Hey Par Too can you see this?” asked Tul Wun

“Yes I see the commander and Yut.” replied Par Too, “where is De Kar?”

“She is behind me making sure no one is sneaking behind of us.” replied Tul Wun “So how is Ton Gar doing?”

“He is doing fine, he seems not to be feeling any more pain.” replied Par Too.

“I should be with them” said Ton Gar “Not remain behind on the shuttle, does the commander not trust me? I do feel fine now the pain no longer bothers me”

“Do not worry Ton Gar” replied Ky’Mod “The reason why you and I are left behind on the shuttle is that we are too big and our size might deter the movements for the rest of the team inside that space ship and not because the status of your well being.”

“Then what about Par Too?” asked Ton Gar “He is small enough to go, why is he here with us?”

“Par Too is monitoring the movements of the team on those devices, so he is doing something for this mission.” replied Ky’Mod.

“What can you and I do to help with this mission?” asked Ton Gar

“I am going to help Par Too monitor the movements of the team.” replied Ky’Mod “as for you, you can either help us monitor the movements or go up in front and keep the pilot of this shuttle company.”

Ton Gar looked at the monitor devices and then at the front of the shuttle, he then turned to Ky’Mod and said “I can not see what these devices are displaying, they were not meant to be seen by my kind.”

“Well the designers of these devices did not anticipate the visual range of the Sidone. But do not worry Ton Gar, they will find a way.” said Ky’Mod.

Ton Gar looked at the front of the shuttle again and turned to Ky’Mod and said “If I keep the pilot of this shuttle company, no doubt he will try to explain the teachings of the Kal Po to me.”

“It’s the Tal-Ro” corrected Par Too “not the Kal Po. To be honest with you Ton Gar, you need some cheering up. You could ask the pilot to explain the happiness side of the Tal-Ro to you. It will be good for you.”

“I am a Sidone, a warrior to die in battle, this is what will make me happy.” said Ton Gar “To do otherwise will be an offense to my culture.”

“I am not asking you to change your culture.” said Too Par “Just keep an open mind and listen to what the pilot has to say. You do not have to convert to the teachings of the Tal-Ro.”

Ton Gar looked at Par Too, then at Ky’Mod and then to the front of the shuttle then looked to Ky’Mod and said “I will go to the front of the shuttle and guard over the pilot.”

Ton Gar then turned and moved to the front of the shuttle.
