To clarify this, I need to explain a new concept to you, called protection fraud. Protection fraud happens when a criminal collects a fee for pretending to "protect" the victims from an evil which he in fact secretly creates. It’s the second oldest profession in the world. Running uninterrupted for the last 3400 years, protection fraud is a $16 trillion global industry today. The following chart shows its 12 biggest cycles:

The chart, once fully grasped, leads to 4 significant conclusions.

1.) Every major cause the "authorities" tried, over the ages, to justify their rule with – God’s mandate to fight Evil, providing defense, upholding law and order, subsidizing the poor, etc. – is a fraud.

2.) Every fraud cycle is the same old fraud, with a new "evil" tacked on when the old evil doesn’t produce enough revenue anymore. Could such a fraud be just a "honest mistake"? Not 12 times in a row.

3.) The public uncovers each successive fraud cycle faster. From the initial 3300 years the "war on devil" was believed by a majority, to 5 years the majority saw through the "war on terror", a healthy percentage knows already that the authorities’ next claim will be a fraud too. Good going.

4.) An "authority" with a track record of continuous criminal racketeering of 6 billion and the premeditated murder of 200 million victims over a period of 3400 years has no legal, moral, or other standing whatsoever to rule, control or manage society; to determine right and wrong; or to enforce it.

To clear up the last remaining mystery, would you like to know where protection fraud originates from? Plato gives us a good testimony in his Republic. "There are quacks and diviners who peddle their wares to the rich and make them believe that these cheapjacks possess powers, procured from the Gods for healing any sin… They maintain that these rites … liberate us from the torments of the world beyond the grave". Et voila, mankind’s first recorded "protectors" and "liberators" from evil and torment which they themselves made up. The ancestors of every protection scam, of every organized religion, of every government, of every central bank in the world: a bunch of swindlers.

Authorities’ creation: "Evil"

Recent history is an awesome 3400-year true crime story with a cast of 6 billion of whom the "authorities" murdered 200 million in cold blood to uphold – a swindle, their protection fraud. Pass the word on: all the evils the "authorities" imply you would face without their existence tomorrow – poverty, crime, wars, terror, the Devil himself – are fake. The "authorities" create and sustain these, using our money. (Example? Our taxes now fund the Fed’s drug trafficking, which fuels 75% of all robberies, burglaries, etc… our tax dollars at work, literally growing crime). Okay, but how about all their good deeds, those welfare, retirement checks and subsidies paid to millions? – one might ask. The recipients are not paid by the government but by the productive economy whose two thirds of the contributions the government diverted to itself for the last 30 years. Yes, in plain English it stole most of the poor people’s money, not helped them. If there wasn’t a government to plunder them tomorrow, both the recipients could get more money and the economy would have to contribute less.

Now you understand: you owe no thanks, no allegiance, no support to any "authorities" whose every claim of helping you – like those of Plato’s "torment liberators’ – was a swindle. Can you say "No one is protecting me but me right now." and "I need no one to protect me but me" without getting upset? If you can, now you think like a free person. Sooner or later you’ll be able to live like one too. One of the fraud cycles to end soon is fiat money, which causes a collapse of the power structure and its enforcement gang every time. It imploded the Roman Empire (in spite of all their weapons and ruses), it imploded the Soviet Empire (ditto), and it will implode the current empire too (ditto). When this happens and a new productive economy emerges based on interest-free citizen-issued money (if people are smart), all you need to do is to keep anyone from imposing a new fraud cycle on you. You can handle this much. The main revolution took place half an hour ago already. It was in your head.

If the US leadership’s Mafia-like behavior surprises you, it shouldn’t. Government IS the Mafia in many countries. Only one power structure can exist in a nation; wherever crime still thrives in spite of the quantum leap in digital surveillance, the words “government” and “Mafia” refer to the same group. War being simply the highest form of organized crime, it’s no surprise why a Mafia government pursues this old lucrative trade of theirs in spite of every civilized citizen’s opposition.

A reliable indicator of a pure Mafia government is that it doesn’t care much about its subjects. It bosses start wars, traffic drugs, plunder at home and abroad not to solve a national debt, an economic slump, an energy crisis, a lack of democracy, etc (insert the lie of the day here) but to fill their pockets. They couldn’t care less if many subjects die or are reduced to poverty as a result, which often follows. A great disservice of modern historians is to obfuscate history, treating events like Pizarro’s (and anyone else’s) conquests, the Holocaust (and every other genocide), the Roman (and every other) empire, the Bolshevik Revolution, the Crusades, the Inquisition or the current Washington administration as unique phenomena, in spite of their common denominator: they are just recurring examples of a pure Mafia government in action.

Now that we understand that the words “government” and “Mafia” refer roughly to the same local (or global, for you UN enthusiasts) group, perhaps it’s time to exclude its influence from our future ways of thinking and human interaction?

Does this sound like something we have today? Exxon (ex-Standard Oil) Bechtel and Halliburton, the top profiteers of Iraq are all major Rockefeller outfits. So why in the Democrats’ media where denunciations of PNAC, Perle, Wolfowitz and Cheney fly thick and fast there is not a peep about Rockefeller? Apparently there’s another 1913-style treason in the making. Remember how in 1913 Rockefeller & Co. pushed for tax and central banking laws so crooked even the Republicans bailed from the effort? (This says a lot.) Rockefeller then simply had the Democrats parade in as “saviors of justice” and complete the crime. Today I can see only once conceivable reason why the Democratic Party doesn’t shout on the top of its lungs about the scandalous Rockefeller monarchical plan while it is taking body (actually, 655,000+ bodies) in front of our eyes. I bet you thought you would never qualify. Wrong! Unchanged since 3000 years, the decisive criterion for being the Evil Umpire isn’t horns, hoofs, or a fondness to toast people literally. It is a single question: do you support plunder and murder by your leaders? If you do not, you are the Devil, the Shaitan, the Mara, the Unamerican, the Anti-Aryan, the Anti-Semite, the traitor of your country, the Enemy of the Proletariat – pick the devil figure of your favorite ideology. The fact that this would qualify even Jesus, Buddha, Karl Marx or George Washington for devils of their own beliefs yet it remains unchanged reveals the true priority of the genre. Ideology exists to justify crime.

Cheerleading for murder Catholicism (Pope Pius XII): “Hitler’s war against the Jews is a noble enterprise.” Protestantism (Martin Luther): “It is a Christian act and an act of love confidently to kill, rob and pillage the enemy and to do everything that can injure him until he is conquered.” Judaism (Bible): “He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto the Lord only, shall be utterly destroyed..” Islam (Koran): “When ye encounter unbelievers, strike off their heads until ye have made a great slaughter among thems.” Zen (Daiun Harada Roshi): “If ordered to shoot: bang bang. This is the manifestation of the Highest Wisdom. The unity of Zen and war of which I speak extends to the farthest reaches of the holy war.” Buddhism (Kyowa-kai): “In order to establish eternal peace in East Asia… we now have no choice but to exercise the benevolent forcefulness of killing…” Capitalism (Beveridge): God has made Americans the master organizers of the world that we may administer government among savages.” Communism (Stalin): “Our opponents must be ruthlessly smashed and uprooted as the enemies of the working class.” Nazism (Hitler): “In resisting the Jew I am fighting the Lord’s battle.”

How is this possible? Crime may lurk behind the biggest personal fortunes, but where does ideology come into the picture? An ordained priest of two major religions, now a professor in Honolulu explains the connection: “The huge cathedrals and pagodas, the priests’ often comfortable lifestyle rarely if ever came from the pennies of the believers. They came from huge contributions by a few very rich, who in exchange determined what is going to be preached.” The church, a forerunner of today’s corporate media? “One could say that.”

Ideology offers a great insight into a society if you know how to approach it. Most people commit the mistake of studying its tenets. The fact that most every church’s actions run counter to its tenets, that tenets can be (and often are) swapped between embattled beliefs without making any difference shows their unimportance. Christianity picked up pagan fertility rites, Roosevelt’s New Deal Capitalism copied Marxist measures, Communism embraced the fight of good and evil of Zoroastrianism, Democrats and Republicans routinely steal each other’s agenda – tenets are just PR, a.k.a. false advertising. A better approach is to study ideology like murder: who benefited? Which small group filled its pockets using some of other ideology as a justification for crime? History (and the evening news) will make suddenly a lot more sense.

A church is a business which collects money for a noble cause while it works against it. You pay at least 50 of these non-delivery services, like the church of truth (the media), the church of justice (the courts), the church of liberty (the government), the church of security (Homeland Security, Ministries of Interior), the church of wealth (the stock market), the church of defense (the Pentagon, Ministries of Defense), the church of luck (casinos), the church of representation (any political party), the church of lovemaking (porn theaters), etc, all of them modeled after the first churches of deity. You can tell you are dealing with a church whenever money guarantees no delivery just a show of moving lips.

The practice began on a cold winter end day in pre-calendar times. Having understood the cycle of the seasons first, a crafty hunter-gatherer announced to his shivering tribe that he can talk the bird god into bringing them a spring (season of prosperity) for a tithe. It was a deal. The first ideology was born by selling the spring (the Brooklyn Bridge hasn’t being built yet). It would be easy to ridicule the tribesmens’ belief that paying a tax to a symbol of a bird will bring any kind of prosperity, but have you checked the logo of the Internal Revenue Service lately? The Federal Reserve’s? Observe the distinguishing marks of a church on them: 1.) the priests who promise something people want (money), 2.) the believers who pay for it, hoping to get it, and 3.) the temples where there’s none.

Temples and ministries show you actually what isn’t there. When Jesus’s spirit went missing (at the bloody unraveling of the Roman Empire, the Crusades, the Inquisition) they built a lot of temples to Jesus’s spirit. When money went missing during the Depression, they built a lot of temples to money. (Federal Reserve banks) When democracy went missing, they started to build a lot of temples to democracy. You’ll find the justice missing at the Ministry of Justice, the defense missing at the Ministry of Defense, and commerce missing at the Ministry of Commerce. In the U.S., these three ministries (“departments”) still sport a bird on their logos. You would put one too if you had no idea what justice, defense or commerce might look like.

When the promised goal fails to materialize and the ideology hits the fan (predominantly due to its own church) who will get the blame? The priests who sold the spring? The criminals who robbed and killed in the name of it? No, it will be honest people like you and me who had the morals to stand up and express our disapproval. For disturbing the profitable racket of our kleptocrats, we’ll be labeled the Enemy of the State, he Enemy of God, the heathen, the anarchist – the Devil. Do you have a toaster? Maybe it’s time to start practicing with it now.

If I called the highest government officials a crime gang, it would probably offend some people. Just as calling the 16th century Inquisitors a crime gang would have offended some of their subjects. “How could our highest officials be criminals?” – they would have protested – “They take our money, but they defend our homeland from devildoers, don’t they?” Heck no, they only rob and murder the defenceless. It’s the main function of a paid government, and I’ll prove it.

A government lives on two things: war and taxes. What is war? Robbery with murder abroad. The Criminal Code prescribes sentences from 20 years to death for committing the same crime at home, for that is the government’s other monopoly, called “taxes”. With taxes you won’t face an armed squad at first, but if you resist paying persistently enough, they might visit you just the same way they visited Iraq or murdered tax resister Gordon Kahl. Once you understand that most wars are waged to collect more taxes, you realize that taxes and wars are just two euphemisms for the same robbery committed on two sides of the border.

The best money is in pretending to fight a problem you create and losing. When the government robs you pretending to fight the evils itself generates at home, you get hoaxes like the War on Drugs, the War on Crime, the War on Poverty, the War on National Debt, etc. When it robs you pretending to fight the evils it generates abroad, you get the Crusades, the Colonial Wars, the World Wars, the Iraq War, etc. These wars nowadays obligatorily start with some bloody pre-arranged infamy (sometimes financed by taxpayer money like the 9/11 massacre was) where the leaders sacrifice citizens’ lives in cold blood, trying to “justify” the ensuing robbery.

At the first glance, this could suggest that all you pay the government for is failures: its failure to defend you against drugs, against crime, against poverty, against injustice, against terror, against wars… but there is no failure, because it never truly endeavoured to end these. It only planned to take your money pretending to fight them, and this it fully succeeded. If the government really wanted to eradicate social problems, it could stop creating them at any moment. If it cared the slightest bit about YOUR well-being, it wouldn’t allocate 17 times more money to jail you than to educate you. It wouldn’t keep 4 dollars for itself for every dollar forwarded to the needy. It wouldn’t subsidize tobacco which kills 430,000 citizens and 3 million people worldwide yearly, nor continue atmospheric nuclear tests which irradiate everyone on Earth for no real purpose, causing an estimated 1,600,000 cancer deaths. It wouldn’t have ignored for decades the deaths of millions of citizens from known diseases such as pellagra, a niacin deficiency. It wouldn’t have conducted often lethal experiments on hundreds of thousands of unwitting citizens in its hospitals and other institutions, sending sometimes entire groups knowingly to death.

Sceptics often ask an investment firm who promises to be the key to their prosperity, “so, where are the clients’ yachts?” Did you ever asked the government (which claims the same) where are the taxpayer’s yachts? You didn’t because you didn’t think it is a business? Man, were you right! By its own (IRS) guidelines, the government would have to show a profit 3 years out of 5 to qualify as a business. It’s a church, which preaches about all the prosperity it can create faster than you, if you just give it half of your income now. Run its gospel through the time-proven “if it were really so all-mighty, would it need my money?” dogma detector, and it flunks worse than the Holy Dung Beetle myth of Botswana. Look how of most ancient lowlands settlements, only the the stone palaces of rulers and gods, two sales fronts of prosperity promises survive. The commoners who exchanged good cash for lofty promises there, invariably couldn’t afford rocks for their own dwellings.

All right, so the government sells mostly hot air while it commits robbery with murder. We still need some sort of power structure to get roads, bridges, mail, firefighters, schools, arts, social programs, don’t we? Not at all. A government is not necessary for these to exist, and historical examples prove it. Take the case of the Roman Empire. When it collapsed (predominantly under the tax burden of its military conquests), there was a period, about 900 AD, when there was no empire, no state, and no public authority in the West. The state disappeared yet society, religious and economic life continued. This clearly showed that the state and society are not the same thing; the society is the basic entity, and the state is a crowning, but NOT ESSENTIAL cap to the social structure. This experience had revolutionary effects. It was discovered that man can live without a state; that economic life, religious life, law and private property can all exist and function effectively without a state.

Think of this when you submit your next yearly tax sacrifice to the Church of the Government. Would you be happier feeding a murderous religion, or keeping half of your income? Without a government, the biggest criminal gang can rob you freely. With a government, the biggest criminal gang can rob you freely in government uniforms. Thus, having or not having a government makes no significant difference. This is less due to a moral failure of any particular officials, than to the inherent criminality of any social system based on “power”. One cannot build a just society and economy with a coercive power structure, a remnant of Biblical era murder gang rules. It’s nice how Linus Torvalds’ friends created a free, open operating system for computers, but what we need even more is to create a free, open operating system for society.

Crime is any action (like printing fake money, smuggling drugs, murder and robbery) that the leaders prohibit to you, because they want to do it themselves. Most of America’s wealthiest blue blood families amassed their wealth by activities considered to be criminal: the Delanos and the Coolidges did it with narcotics trafficking, the Kennedys and the Rockefellers with alcohol smuggling, etc. William Chambliss, professor at George Washington University remarks aptly:

“Organized crime really consists of a coalition of politicians, law enforcement people, businessmen, union leaders, and – in some ways least important of all – racketeers.” (On The Take) “In Seattle, Washington, I discovered a symbiotic relationship between organized crime and the police that made it impossible to differentiate between them. Law enforcement officers, from street patrolmen to police chiefs to members of the prosecuting attorney’s office, not only accepted payoffs from people who organized illegal gambling, prostitution and drug sales, but the police and prosecutors were instrumental in organizing and managing these activities. Seattle is not an exception; it is the rule.” (Power, Politics and Crimes)

An isolated incident? They don’t exist. A February 1926 statement by “a group of concerned prominent citizens in Chicago” describes the same situation being prominent already 70 years ago:

“Many public officials are in secret alliance with underworld assassins, gunmen, rum-runners, bootleggers, thugs, ballot box stuffers and repeaters… a ring of politicians and public officials are operating through criminals … under police protection.”

Organized crime and law enforcement make unique bedfellows in the service of our society’s richest. At one side you have a grim group operating under a gang code of silence which committed 23.800 break-ins in 25 years in Chicago alone, ran a death squad, blackmailed and murdered appellate and Supreme Court judges it didn’t like. That’s the FBI. The Mafia, in contrast, is organized. Michael Milan was a hit man (murderer) whom Edgar Hoover FBI chief purloined for his death squad from his pal, Mafia boss Frank Costello. In Milan’s book, The Squad – The U.S. Government’s Secret Alliance with Organized Crime you get an insider account of the cooperation:

“I saw what the cops were doing, and the FBI and the CIA, and plenty of government agencies… I was both inside and outside the law at the same time, and I couldn’t tell one side from the other.”

“They were holding this [informant] at the Williamsburg Precinct station. The cops tossed me into the lockup with the rest of the drunks, slapped me around just to make it all look like it was on the up-and-up. They slipped a knife into my pocket, and then disappeared. The flask of booze I passed around worked really fast. It had to, because Mr. Lucchese [the mafia boss] and some of his associates dropped in to see how I did the job. I woke the rat up first; when he saw Lucchese staring at him, he pissed down his leg. Then I cut him. They let me out of the lockup, packed me into a car, and we ditched the knife in the East River. The drunks slept through the whole thing. It was the same story during the war when I had to rub out people for Captain Roscoe McCall.”

“Once Edgar Hoover got angry at an appellate judge out in Kansas, who threw out every conviction the local cops could get. President Johnson just threw up his hands and told Hoover the judge would be in office “for the rest of his life.” Then he winked. That was all Hoover needed. He polled each one of us after that meeting. He said, “It’s a judge, boys, take your best shots.” They sent me down to do the hit, but Hoover wanted him to experience the pain. “Make it special” he said. “Make it nice and slow…”

It’s hard to tell the government and the mafia apart when they murder people together; perhaps using score cards will help. The death toll of white collar crime (what “national interest” really stands for) is estimated being five times, its financial toll being fifty times the toll of blue collar street crime. Income taxes which appear to be collected without legal authority in the United States (mostly pocketed by the same elite) amount to a fraud still ten times higher. All in all, the elite takes you for 500 times the amount what the occassional freelance mugger, burglar or fraudster could, while pretending to “fight crime”.

People’s actions are determined by their sense of justice, not dusty law books. Crime is a pure product of law, the ideology which criminalizes to one group what it allows to an other, thereby working fundamentally against justice. Tacitus didn’t remark by accident that the more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws; a centralized law-based government’s main business soon becomes the production (and pretend fighting) of crime. See, intelligent people in any age soon realize that a privileged minority who taxes away up to half of their income to build somptuous palaces and fortunes for itself, who pretends to be their servants yet disallows the termination of its hiring, has no function. So this minority must rely on laws to preserve its racket, using law enforcement effectively to fight against progress and justice. This is why today only 20 percent of law enforcement wiretaps in the United States target criminal activity. And this is why the police manhandles war protesters, civil rights activists, and other voices of progress with special savagery worldwide but kowtows to “insider” mobsters: just professional courtesy. After all, they don’t only fight together on the same side of the fence – one day they’ll steal it together too.

The answer lies in a little-advertised factoid by the Washington Institute of Policy Studies. They calculated that the oil business is not the world’s largest sector of economy. Arms and narcotics trafficking is.

Our government does not “fight” the biggest narcotics trafficker. It does not “tolerate” it, either. It IS the biggest narcotics trafficker, whose hard dependence on drug revenues claims the lives of thousands of Americans whom it falsely swore to protect. Books like Al Martin’s The Conspirators describe how select federal personnel mans the transport of narcotics from US bases like Ilopango or El Salvador and Cap Haitien in Haiti. The drugs arrive through a “safe corridor”, a red carpet passage for the undisturbed shipping north of narcotics and south of weapons. (“Secret service” consists of two words. “Service” means it provides a lucrative service. “Secret” means, not to you.)

The four largest states for the importation of drugs are New York, Florida, Texas and California. The top four money laundering states are New York, Florida, Texas and California. Finally, 80 per cent of all Presidential campaign funds come from – you guessed, New York, Florida, Texas and California. In plain terms, if you don’t draw an income from drug dealing, you are not likely to become the President of the United States. Nor the party who elects one.

Do foreign governments match the crime gang blueprint less closely? James Mills, the author of the Underground Empire writes, “Over a period of five years I became convinced of the participation in the drug traffic of high officials in at least 33 countries, from Afghanistan to the United States… Without the cooperation of governments, the international narcotics industry could not exist. But governments, our own particularly, lean over backward to conceal this fact from their constituents… The profits of drug exports alone, of Mexico and Colombia amounts to 75% of their total export earnings. So much for Mexico’s oil and Colombia’s coffee. ”

Media complicity in suppressing this information is a given. In Great Britain, every monarch drew a revenue from the drug trade since 1729, including the present occupant of the throne. Yet, the British dailies managed to appear for hundreds of years without even hinting that the Empire’s main source of income could be opium trafficking by the British East India Company and its descendants. Officially, the Company was selling tea.

When you espouse a criminal lifestyle, murder becomes a business event. A Pan Am flight 103 might get blown up here, or a President Kennedy might get gunned down there. An Oklahoma Federal Building might explode or a World Trade Center might collapse in the infighting. When it happens, do you expect the Administration to say,

“Sorry, such is gangster life”-? No, you’ll get fairy tales about lone nuts working in a group whose attack, the White House with its goodness of heart, is simply at a loss to explain. Can you imagine the New York Times announcing: “To protect drug trafficking interests, your children are going to the Mideast to kill the rival dope gang”-? Unlikely. How nicer the same sounds as: “To protect national interests, the military joins the war on terrorism.”

This is how we get pious platitudes about helping Kosovo, Panama, Afghanistan, Lebanon or Iraq. Of the five, only Iraq has significant oil reserves, but all are (or are becoming) vital points of drug trafficking. In Kosovo, the heroin business was controlled by the Serbian secret service, but it really shot up after US takeover. In Afghanistan, the Taliban banned the growing of opium poppies, but after US “liberation”, the drug production is up 1000%. In Panama, Noriega’s entourage wanted a higher bribe for American drug shipments, so a US-taxpayer subsidized invasion lowered the rate. The seizure of boats. loaded with tons of drugs during Operation Enduring Freedom (see pictures) is the last missing piece of the puzzle. The Washington Post remarked sternly: “Terrorist organizations such as Al-Qaeda rely on narcotics smuggling to finance their operations.” Yes, and so does every government.

What distinguishes a criminal gang from a government? Only real estate. If it trafficks drugs on an other government’s beat, it’s a crime gang, if it does it on its own, it’s a government. Is the ability to vote in an election who gets impunity to kill thousands of us with narcotics trafficking a true sign of democracy? Shouldn’t the definition of democracy begin with the choice to vote “no one”on this - and the vote being implemented ?
