We had a quiet Valentine’s day, I rolled off the couch at 12:30 in the afternoon after Kamalani decided to use my head to bounce on. Ok, even that didn’t fully wake me but eventually, I rose to start the day. After washing up, I head to the tackle the kitchen, one of my morning rituals - - even on weekends! After cleaning the kitchen, I decided to feed hubby and Kamalani some lunch since I already missed breakfast. Spawn called a few hours later to ask that someone pick her up from work. She came home with a huge bouquet of roses, Easter lilies, some palm and this other plant that I don’t know the name of. When I seen it, I knew it costed her some doolas. We thanked her for them but we really wished she had just gotten us a card. The sentiments would’ve been the same but much cheaper. Anyway, it’s beautiful and it takes up alot of space on the dining room table. We joked about it looking a little like a funeral spray. Yep, it’s THAT big!
