My daughter is like that too. Except that she hides her tattoos and when she finally shows it to me, it's too late because the damage is done. I keep telling her to let me know BEFORE she gets one so I can help her choose a nice design, one that is feminine. Does she ever listen to me? Sometimes. My oldest son used to call me at least once a year to say he's having another baby. He just wanted to see if I'd freak out. Then he'd say he was just joking.
