Just so you know, I don’t only complain about bad service, I also give kudos to those who provide excellent customer service.
My Norton Live update runs automatically to update any virus definitions that might be available for downloading. Anyway, lastnight I had an error message that said it was unable to update my AntiVirus because my subscription needed to be renewed. The problem was that my subscription is good until March ‘07 so I went to the website and tried to get it fixed there. It was unable to fix the problem so I called the tech support team. After pressing the appropriate numbers, I was finally connected to a LIVE person. I know, sounds too good to be true right? So I give him all the information he needs then he talks me through the steps to get my software in sync with their server so that it will show that my subscription is still good. It wasn’t too complicated going through the steps and I was very pleased when my Live Update did it’s job. Now my computer is protected and I can have peace of mind.
