Last night, Kamalani spent the night with her mom. Then today Megs called to tell me that she had to scold Kamalani today because she went into Meg’s make-up and got it all over the place. So, I asked where was she while her daughter was wreaking havoc with the make-up. She was quick to defend herself, telling me that it was the THIRD time she warned Kamalani not to touch the make-up. Ok, so I didn’t question her anymore because I was in a pretty good mood. Meg goes on to tell me that she made Kamalani sit and write 5 sentences.
- I love my Grandma.
- I love my Papa.
- They are special.
- I miss them.
- Too bad I have a Mom
I asked if she spelled it correctly. Meg said nope but she brave spelled. I told her to draw a star on the top of the paper and write “Good Job!” Then we both cracked up laughing. Meg should’ve known better than to have her think of her own sentences to write. When they came home I asked Kamalani about the sentences and she told me she was mad at her mom but she’s not mad at her mom anymore so it’s not too bad that she has a mom now. I see a future blogger in the making. ~LoL~
