If this is a preview of what’s to be expected this winter, I’m so not ready for it. Yesterday, we got about 6 inches of snow that hasn’t gone away. Kamalani and Meg had a blast but it wasn’t so nice for drivers who weren’t anticipating this much snow. We watched car after car get stuck while trying to climb up a slight incline on our street. Some ended up parking their car at the bottom on the hill and walking home. Others lived nearby and walked home to get their shovels and de-icer to clear a path for their cars. People helped other people by adding weight to the back tires so it could get some sort of traction. (more…)
Last week Tuesday (Nov 14) my son and his girlfriend had another son. He was born at 4:00 a.m. and weighed 8 lbs. 14 oz.
