If this is a preview of what’s to be expected this winter, I’m so not ready for it. Yesterday, we got about 6 inches of snow that hasn’t gone away. Kamalani and Meg had a blast but it wasn’t so nice for drivers who weren’t anticipating this much snow. We watched car after car get stuck while trying to climb up a slight incline on our street. Some ended up parking their car at the bottom on the hill and walking home. Others lived nearby and walked home to get their shovels and de-icer to clear a path for their cars. People helped other people by adding weight to the back tires so it could get some sort of traction.

I lived in that kine snow for decades, so now I enjoying not dealing wit dat. *L* Snow is pretty and nice as long as you know have to drive in it la dat. I use to commute in stuff la dat, squeeze ass driving. Not bad if only me on da road when get other peoples sliding around, OMG scarey.

Oh, it’s so beautiful! But I can imagine, that it can make for treacherous driving conditions. Take care and keep warm!
It normally doesn’t snow that much over here, especially in the fall. We sometimes get a light dusting but they say this has been the first time it ever snowed this bad and no one was really prepared for it. I think we all thought it wasn’t going to happen . . . but it did!
