I am at da gym at 5:00am out of the gym at 6:00 am and at work by 6:55 am. Ok thats an ideal schedule. Usually I’m at the gym by 5:15 am, 5:05 am would be better. The hardest part of this getting to the gym in the morning is dragging my sorry behind outta bed. Once I’m outta house I’m good to go but getting to that point is a very slow lathargic process. Too slow if I’m on a schedule. The good thing is home, gym & work is with in a 3 mile radius so that helps.

I wasn’t always a gym rat. I never use to even work out. Then wen I did it wasn’t as regular as it should have been. Or I’d be dedicated for 3 or 4 months then slacker for a month or so. Its just this pass 2 months that I’ve gone into the gym at 5am. Usually I would always go afta work or at 8pm. I think this early morning workout is more productive then the evening one.

The morning workout is better for my metabolism I think. I do know that my most productive time is in the morning. I just never use to start it so early. I’m encouraged when I see the scale move even its a little bit. Then something will happen, like a woman thing LOL and the scale will cruise up. So whats the point? *L*

The point is that I go to gym regularly. Doing something is betta den doing nothing. I do my 2o-30 minutes on the treadmill anden I do weights & machines. One of my goals is to be the weight that is on drivers license. I told my doctor that and he laughed at me. I told him the BMI dilly says that I’m obese. He laughed at me some moe. He’s rolly poly too az why. He just encourage me to continue what I was doing and forget about the scale.

I think now more then ever I understand and appreciate the importance of going to the gym and working out.
