My right shoulder aches. Maybe I don’t know how to sleep. If it ain’t my shoulder its my arm. Or maybe its just age. Could be. Maybe. Nah, its just me. I didn’t know I was prone to pulled muscles till I started hurting more times then most. Wotdahay…. Its just the nature of the dis-ease. LOL

If its not pulled muscles its my stomach. I hate to think I am falling apart. I’m thinking I just grew up to be a hypochondriac or something. Something. I’m also very prone to catching other peoples germs. No doubt my immune system is outta whack. But not to worry, I carry Zicam. LOL

When my legs ache its usually because of my leg workout. I love leg days. Its a good ache and its not pain. Its just a feeling that let me know I did work out. Good feelings.

I don’t really verbally tell people I’m hurting. I mean whats the point. What can they do. Not much. Oh yeah they could pray for me and I know they do. The cure is in moving it or losing it. I know when I’m feeling “bad” if I go to the track and a walk a few miles its good for what ales me.

I guess I should just shuddup and exercise.
