You'll get to know the real ones from the spammers. Be careful, once you approve they get to send more and more on your site. Everynight I have to delete casino and pharmasutical one from mine. Yeah, Viagra, Ambien, etc. I also get many Annoymous(S) too. All humbug and take time to eliminate every night. Don't forget to delet in comment section too not only in the moderation field.
