just came across your site while surfing (and bored) here @ work. I emailed the Benny’s phrases to my fellow pinoy coworkers here (most of them were born here)and i had them translated those phrases in proper english.they had a ball. but most of them did not get the phrase “…and chiken nut bread” hehehe…even my 11 yo niece thought about that one hard. I like the ispagiti ricipi too and will email this one out again. Nakakatawa po and mabuhay! salamat po!

My sister in Kona is married to a Vasquez, da family is from Captain Cook, HI. Dey use to live Kaneohe my BIL grad Castle late 60’s.

Good question, where did da word “bookbook” originate from? Da biggest Libarry, Phillipines! not I dunno *L* No was from da Dacoscos ohana, I no tink. Prolly from da same place as Yobo, Pakay, and Katonk came from.
