I don’t watch dat much TV. I always watch bits and pieces because of one reason or another; ADD or I go do something else or I listen to da TV BUT I’m not seriously watching. Its background noise.
So da TV was on the show LOST, I think and the scene was someplace on da North Shore, when the camera panned left you could see the mountains Mokulaiea side. I told my daughta dey stay North Shore dey not lost if I know wea dey stay. My daughta was like, “mom, its just a TV show pretend, rememba you tell us use your imagination.” “Oh yeah no huh?” LOL
I watch bits & pieces of National Georgraphic channel or Discovery channel, da where da wahine was going into a full sex change into one kane. Her was taking testostrone shots and dey showed her giving herself injection in da okole. Her was gonna have da total masectomy cause she use to have 38D’s. How nuts is dat wahines eda getting implants for get big boobs or dey getting’um totally whacked off. Auwe. Anden her was gonna have a boto built or something la dat. I couldn’t watch da whole thing, there was a lot of surgery stuff involved, made my chest sowa just looking at da stitches on hers chest. Big time ow-wee.
One show I really do like and watch start to finish is CSI. I don’t care for CSI: Miami cause of the chemistry of the people I think, or something. I like CSI: NY better then Miami. Da original CSI I pay attention to. I read a lot of forensic murder mystry stuff so its really cool to see it on TV. Remember da TV show QUINCY, bugga was da first CSI guy on TV huh.
I don’t care to watch SURVIVOR WHEREVER. Da first one was good cause it was da first time seeing something like that. Then it got redundant and its not about the luck of surviving cut throat people. Or da show is focused on cut throats. They make things seem so primitive but I wonder how many retakes they’ve done and how much editing is involved. I doubt it is as unsurvivable as they make it seem. And where does the crew eat and sleep?
I do get sucked into watching American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance. I think there is genuine talent there and you see people bring out their best and they do work at it. I don’t care for da Joe Blow, Reg Joe, Marry a fake Millionaire, meat market kine of soap operaish cut everybody throats cause I want da money shows.
Although I think the Apprentice both Donald Trump’s and Martha Stewart’s is pretty realistic. It can be used a learning tool. Da lesson is like in anything else da human variable is hard to measure or rely on and sometimes it is chemistry and karma.
I watched the AMAZING RACE and that was interesting; seeing how the families treat one another. I watched one and it had a family with two little boys and one boy fell in the stream and he screamed for help for somebody to pull him up. He coulda gotten up but he just lied there; he waited for his Dad to come and pick him up. Which wasted time I might say and they wondered why they lost out. Its strange watching all the functional dysfunctional’s at work and play, it makes me feel normal.
Sometimes I think I watch too much TV when in fact I only watch too much bits & pieces sometimes, not all the time. So for somebody who doesn’t watch dat much TV why do I even know dis much. LOL

I watch TV (actually listen) while I work, cuz I work at home and get one TV in da room; I like Dr Phil… I get Hallmark Channel so can watch all da old kine programs… I love Da Amazing Race, cuz I know I nevah going go all dose odda countries. Gets pretty cutthroat, but dat’s part of da fun. CSI too gory foah me, but I love to see how dey can solve da mystery of who wen do wat to whoevah. Maybe dey should have one CSI: Honolulu, yeah?
But one ting: I HATE commercials! Sometimes I even yell at da TV foah shut up! ROFL! But usually I jass grab da remote and mute da buggah. Powah to da peepo!
