My Doctor told me that I was lucky that I was already in Hospital for another reason and that getting bed rest wouldn't be a problem 'cos they wouldn't be letting me out! I can joke about now, even set up a web site, http://www.livingwithhighbloodpressure.net to try and share and help others but it certainly was a scary experience! How about 216 over 160?
