For those of you who don’t know, there’s magazine called Muscle Polynesia. It features Polynesians with health minds and bodies. I just look at the bodies myself. hehehe Muscle bound brown peoples, guys and wahines too.
I should be inspired by their discipline and I am. One day i wanna grow up and be in a magazine with pictures of before and after. I’m still in the before stage, and contemplating the after. Need to drag my okole to da gym a whole lot more to reach “after” if eva, weneva, howeva.
I haven’t been subscribing much to magazines. I use to subscribe to alot, to much in fact. I quit spending money on magazines espeically when I can read’um free or buy’em used if I really want the magazine. They tend to pile up and just add to clutter I don’t need.
Anyway I decided to subscribe to this magazine cause I like da pic-chas. I know, dream on. But eh, how many magazines you look at get anykind brown peoples, ethnic people, people of Polynesia la dat? Not many. So I figure I support this mag.
I subscribed online in Feb or March, was May and still yet I neva get my magazine. So I emailed dem and tree(3) days latah; tah-dah I gettum. How cool, hunkahunka brown peoples. Ok, guys.
Long story short I was surprised to read a story featuring my best friends olda brother. Wow, how cool is dat. He prolly no rememba me cause he was in da Air Force I tink, wen us was in high school. But how nice to see some one I know. Anyway Kali is a surfa instructa in Florida and the article was about his healthy lifestyle la dat.
If anybody needs a healthier lifestyle its me. The frkng BMI thingee still telling me I obese. How rude? *L*

Aloha and thank you for your comments about our magazine.
I like your enthusiasm. Maybe when you do take your okole to the gym, you can send us your before and after photos so that we can do your story.
Please keep us updated on your road to a healthy living!
Thanks again for your love and support.
