Got me a new exercise DVD, Tahitian Hip Hop. Its an Island Girl Dance Fitness Workout for beginners. Its pretty cool. Its more Tahitian den Hip Hop and its not hard.
I mean ami-ing for 30-40 minutes is good exercise. The tuare’/ drum beat keeps you in the groove. I’m thinking would look betta wit out da jelly belly but hey nobody’s watching.
Since I know basic Tahitian it aint hard, whats hard for me is da choreograhy. Cause I get my left and right confused. Plus its watching it on the TV screen facing it, but what the hey as long as I do’em its the main thing yeah. Whateva works. Gotta move it to loose it.
I think its simple in that its not hard on your joints. It gives you good quads. LOL I think I should get the Tahitian cardio one.
I enjoyed doing it and dats da main thing. Who knew I know how to fa’arapu! *L*

wow, where do you get one of those DVDs? that sounds right up my alley! I danced hula for years and yeah, you get pretty toned. After not dancing for a while, I think this DVD would help get me back to shape! Did you order it online or is it from a store?

After reading your post, I went and bought that video too. At least I think it’s the same one - Tahitian Hip Hop… The instructor has a six pack. Wow. It was pretty fun!
