Today was one of those “Is it a full moon/crazy kinda day.” No was me. Was DEM. Mind you its on the phone, so no face to face encounter here. Still if you deal with pissed off after pissed peoples; it kinda gets on your nerves you know.

As a customer service THING I gotta be pleasant. I must make a connection and help them. I do. I swear I do. But in doing dat, it can be a bit draining you know. Plus there’s all this other stuff, I mean work that needs to be done. Granted it will get done when its get done, but I have these expectations that it shoulda coulda woulda been done had I not have to listen to blah blah blah blah.

It just get taxing sometimes. I gotta rememba its not personal, its business and I gotta take care of business cause dats what dey pay me to do. I like to think that I do earn my paycheck anden some. And that “anden some” more will come sooner or later, probably later I will get moe da kine, kala yeah.

I thought it was just me right. Then this person calls and says they want to speak to so&so but so&so is not at their desk and the person does not want to leave voice mail they want a human. Human, ok dat would be me since I answered the phone. So I tell person on phone so&so not at desk but I can take a message. Persononphone says NO I want to talk to so&so or a higherup and I don’t want anybody getting in trouble right. So I tell’um, K-tell you what I’m gonna do….. nice me dat I is…… Let me walk around the building and see if I can find them. Walking walking walking.

I find so&so and tell her da haps, yes its HER. OH, not HER! She’s not taking no for an answer. OK, I’ll go talk to HER.

I tell so&so I thought it was just me having these “difficult situations.” She’s like I’ve been working on this since this morning!  OMG I had three, ok two kind of sticky situations. Its bascially follow up and stuff. But you know how, everythings related. Customers don’t care whose fault or why such and such did not get done or called or followed up or wotnot. They just know it ain’t done and they want it done and YOU (aka ME) must make it happen or its your fault fo’reals.

Full moon does make a difference yeah. I think so. A lot of people don’t believe in the phases of the moon and such. As a Cancer with a bad moon rising, oh hell yell I believe…*L*
