Can’t explain it. I’ve not been in a writing mood. I look in here everyday. Don’t always have time to write. But if I want to write I always make time, so why haven’t I written? No excuses. No explanation. Just cause……
I write when I write. I write when I like. If I no like then I don’t. Duh? For some reason that sounds lolo coming from me. Just cause………..
I sent out some Christmas cards. A few. To my aunties & uncles, gotta remember the kupunas yeah. I got my first Xmas card in the mail Dec 1st. Here I’m just sending out one today. Auwe. My timing is off. Or maybe its on. I finished all my Oklahoma side shopping before Thanksgiving. For the first time in decades I’ve mailed boxes to Hawaii before December 15th. Ok so was the 14th. Still. Amazing.
I sent my sister her birthday present. Her birthday is December 22nd and I’ve always felt like she gets jipped because people give her a present and say this is your birthday & Christmas present combined. So I always make sure I send her a birthday present first. Which means her Xmas present is late, I still haven’t packed it. I need to find some YuGiOh stuff for nephew den I can send’um.
I thought it was strange that I/we haven’t gotten any Christmas cards. Well we did get 1 but thats about it for now. DUH then I remembered “everybody” ususally waits till I send them Christmas cards because the gypsys address everytime change.
My dilema with Christmas cards are what do I do with them after pau Christmas. I’m sure there’s some crafty ways to recycle them. Poho just trow’em away yeah. I enjoy getting them and I’m sure others do too. I’m thinking we all have that same dilema about what to do with them afta.
At Ohanalani.com, we did Secret Santa. I sent out my Secret Santa present last week and da person got it but not going open’um till Xmas. So disciplined. I haven’t gotten mines yet but it will get torn up immediately. Maybe. Maybe not. Ok yeah I will open’um. I think its pretty amazing that a bunch of “strangers” from all over the United States are sending one another presents. My person was in Oregon. But I also sent one to Missouri because I had to give props to the person who organized it. So I sent her a little something.
So now I started writing I can’t shuttup. LOL

Eh, I get one great idea for da Christmas cards. U like hea? I going tell u anyway! LOL. I been doing dis for years and dey look great.
K’den, get some kind mat/cardboard/vinyl anykine like placemats made out of. Watevah kine u like. I use posterboard. Cut dem in da size u like for placemats. Den get clear Contact pepah. Now, cut da fronts from da Christmas cards so u get nice straight edge along da fold. OR, if u like think outsai da box like I do, cut da card fronts into any kine shape, stars, watevahs. Lay dem down carefully ontop da posterboard in da arrangement u like. Den carefully lay da Contact pepah ontop da whole tingie and fold da edges ovah to da back, making nice da cornahs. Dat’s it!
