I haven’t written since February….hmmmm go figgah. Ms Usetowrite Everyday, slacking. AZYHUD LOL

Plenny going on just not me writing I guess. Well out of my list of TO DO projects, I have finished one item; a quit top. I need to iron the seams and its good to go on to its next stop, to someone who will quilt it. I’ve sewed one pa’u skirt, gotta go put da elastic in anden pau. I get one ada one to sew and it just dawned on me it has to be done by next Saturday. aaaaahh I need to get my rear in gear, I swear.

Work has been interesting. Interesting as in been there done that. You know the office politics, management style, this that or another. “Everybody” getting called in for an opinion of some or another. Sschmoozing. Unsschmoozing. I have worked in a lot of offices and the bottom line is “its the same issues” different faces personalities. That all it is. There is nothing new or innovative or dramatically different. Its about chemistry. Its about how different people deal with what they precieve as stress. (I need to write about that issue/I swear drama sometimes)

We (halau) have a big performance coming up. Aloha Festiva March 17th. Rehearsal rehearsal reherasal. 5 days a week, auwe. The things we do fo’performance yeah. I don’t think of myself as a performer you know. But hello if I do a performance I must be a performer. Duh? (I need to write about that issue. LOL) Oh yeah & I have Ho’ike coming up too. Its kinda funny cause I da token Tita and da only born raised in Hawaii person. I think dats kinda funny.

Funny too cause one of the ladies I met her husband, Japanee guy but I know his parents live in Honolulu. I asked him “so where did you graduate?” He said “Here in Arizona, my parents were military.” I said, “oh so you certifiable Katonk?” We cracked up. He was like “military brat Katonk!”

Well gotta work on more projects. One moe pa’u skirt fo’sew. I got this brilliant idea for a quilt fo’my daughters graduation present. That needs to be done by May. Then there’s going to be wedding in November. Another quilt top project to do.

I need to do one for me too. Hhmmmm I just thought of that. LOL
