Unfortunately, no this is not about ono grinds. No food porn here. I’m thinking literally here….broke da mouth…as in going to da DENTIST, dat broke da mouth.

Have you ever been sitting in the dentist chair and he’s working on you right, excavating in your mouth what have you…..have you ever felt like getting up and run? Just pop up and leave? For whatever reason I kept telling myself “don’t do that don’t do that.” Maybe I was on a verge of a panic attack or something…..

Intellectually (hala college word) I knew it had to get done like now, because if not I’d have to come back. I have the worst headache now. You know that high pitch supersonic jetstream they use to scrape INTO your gums. I forgot to take drugs before going to the dentist. If I take 2 Aleve before I go in its better then if I don’t. Either way I still need to take something after.
Gum disease is in my family genes. When my daughter told me that, I said “oh yeah I forgot to mention that, I knew that.” LOL I’ve always made sure my kids went to regular checkups & everything. I grew up with out preventive dental care. You went to the dentist because you had a tooth ache not to pay them to clean it. When my kids left the nest, I reminded them you guys need to go dentist at least twice a year to get general cleaning la dat. But do they listen to their Mom? Nobody to drag them in anymore.

I feel like my jaw is outta whack. So far I’ve had 3 cups of hot hot tea. I want to eat something but I think I should go to bed first. My dentist told me that I have issues with the very back on the inside area and he suggested I use a smaller brush or even try a kids tooth brush, smaller head. (shuddup *L*) So I need to go shopping…..afta I moemoe. *L* I asked him if the bristles made a different, there’s so many soft, medium, hard. He said the softer bristles get into the gums better. People think harder is better. I did too? Oh, the bristles! Yeah, thats what I meant. *L*

I dread going to the dentist. But its like a necessary pain in mouth. Also with gum disease and/or gum infections that can lead to heart disease. I don’t need any more kinds of DisEase. I think I have enough to last a life time. *L*

Just last week, root canal…it wasn’t so much the drilling, and the six shots to numb, it was the nurse who was talking story with the other nurse and doctor about someone who was having babysitting problems and missed work again! Of course I didn’t say a word or make a face…I was vulnerable to say the least.
