I have this “thing” about pens. A passion for pens? Don’t dat sound kinky-ish. LOL I like good smooth writing pens. Not all pens are created equal. Just because its expensive doesn’t make it better writing wise. I think its more of a preference kind of thing anyway. Its about how it feels in your hand and how smoothly it writes. What one person thinks is smooth another may not.

I like purple pens, or purple ink pens; just cause I like purple. But it ain’t always cool to “sign” stuff in purple. I do write checks in purple, its my checks and their ain’t anything that says “no can.” I know not to use “red” pens. Just because I’ve worked around auditors & CPAs and red gets’um nuts so neva mind. But I did Xmas cards in red in ink. ‘Tis da season right?

I like the fat ergonomic pens, but they cost more. Plus if/when I buy them its always the one I loose, or it walks away or poof disappears some how. So I stop buying the fat ones.

I don’t need to be buying pens. I got pens up da yingyang. Well not really but I got ukupila pens so pau awreddy. But wait, wait one moe…..

Somebody left this pen on my desk. So I started using’um. It is smooth and I really liked it. So I was waiting for somebody to come back and claim it cause I know the person is probably missing it big time. I mean I would. Its on my desk waiting to be claimed by its owner, in da mean time I stay use’um. And if da owna no hurry up come find’um going be outta ink. LOL

So I had to make a run to Staples and I took da pen and said I need this exact pen. No moe. Can only order online. Fine I’ll do it bumbye cause I still need to make a list stuffs to order. So I go online and I no can find’um. I find everything else but that specific model. So I bought almost da same thing same company, same other stuff but it don’t write like da one I wanted. Uni-ball Signo’s - I got da 270 cause no had da gel rip or whateva.

The one I wanted was a medium point and said “0.7″ on top. I think the medium 0.7mm is part of the smoothness along with da gel ink. Whenever I go to a store that has school/office stuff I always cruise by the pen & pencil section. You neva know somebody may have invented a new purple ink pen. So I always pass and look see.

So this morning I had to go pick up Xmas cards/pics at WalMart and I walked by the pens and pencils checking out what get. Den ohwowlaulau I spock da pen I been looking for. I look in my purse and pull out “somebody’s” pen and I compare to da one in da package. Score!1 pkg of 4 for $4.42. Way less den one Monte Blanc or whateva dat 3hundred dolla pen called.

So da pen of my choice is: Uni-ball Signo RT! Its a retractable & got gel ink, grip for comfort and control, water resistant & fade resistant. It’s da medium 0.7mm point. It writes really smooth….its like butttah, baybee! *L*
