My head is minus da headache. 600 mg of Ibruprophen (sp?) will do that. My shoulders & toes are fine. Although I always have this kink in or behind my right shoulder blade, its gotten use to a year of being cracked and now no moe, pau chiropractoring. *L* My toes are fine, knock on wood; watch I get up and stub my toe bumbye. Rememba small time PE class; head, shoulders, knees and toes. You memeber? lol

My knees are aching big time. Its a frkng sign ain’t it. I don’t know of what, oh ok yeah of falling apart but not really. I know that with me its a little bit of “everything” because “everything” is related.

I forgot to take two tylenol before Tahitian/Hula class. Not that that would of helped but I would like to think it would have some. hehehehe My knees did not hurt before or after class but in da morning! Auwe. Its that achey breaking throbbing feeling that usually ain’t there so when it is its just irritating.

So of course being the semi-healthy person that I am I need verification and authentication, proof that whatever the hell I’m doing for my achy breakyness is the right thing so that means webmd-ing. LOL Plug in my symtons and see if it tells me something I don’t know. *L*

Osteoarthritis maybe? Overworked overexercised? Ok so I overdanced maybe. Hehehe This happens like clockwork afta tahitian/hula class. Only thing some times are worst then others and today is da worst-tist kine. *L* Worst-tist. Good word, my English teach just wen huli 360s in her grave. Then again I’m only assuming her makediedead.

I was reading all the “literature” and I was like tell me something I don’t know. Overweightness puts extra stress on the joints. Thank you for reminding me. Its arthritic related. Its hypothryroid related. Its overworked related. I work in a two story building and I always use the stairs. Going up has started to get way harder then going down. Did I just “type” that? So what am I saying, going down is easy? MADE YOU LAUGH!?!

Hula is very subtle exercise. You don’t feel anything till the next morning. Especially if ya’ain’t in shape. Tahitian is hard on your knees. Must be cause it has to move da ovaweight okole. We are working on this aparima; Mihi Au Ia Oe. Beautiful Tahitan song. You gotta ka’o plenny; you know sway left & right and aihaa; da kine bend low and I think dat is tearing up my knees. But it only happens sometimes; not all the times. So how come only sometimes?

Hmmm I think its related to not having gone to da gym lately. That so could be it. Like I said “outta shape.” Then again there’s the “makule factor” but we won’t go there. I’ll just take the drugs and deal with it.

I should write something on da “makule factor” but nah bachi hah? Bumbye come moe worst. And besides aren’t WE in denial. LOL

I gotta get going too. I wish I could hula, but I get one blown out knee from small kid time. Good exercise doe.
