So I did the visit the doctor thing today. He was shaking his head at me. Bad sign. My A1C number was high. Well as he put it “higher then its ever been, see.” And he shows me the list. “DUH its going up with my weight huh?” LOL

The number is not bad, the fact that it is climbing higher is bad. It should not be climbing. Drop maybe but not climb. I brag to him that I had PBJ on whole wheat for lunch. He looks at me “JELLY!” I’m like “thats better then french fries?” Docta says “eat brocalli.” Ok fine yes sir. I love french fries, fat potatoey fries. Steak fries. McDonalds fries suck, Wendy’s are better. Oh sorry I ain’t suppose to be fast fooding around. hehehehehe

My issue is the lack of losing weight (ok gaining) and the reason for not loosing weight, other then dessert first, plate lunches and humongous portions etc is the lack of a metabolism. Hypothyrodism. Blah blah blah. *L*

Soooo my doctor took away one of my medications. Doubled the dosage of another and upped the dossage of my Synthroid. Synthroid is the drug that I will have to take for the rest of my life thats just a given. The problem is regulating the dosage so that it works. I’ve been taking 137 mg and its getting upped to 175mg. Once upon a time I’ve taken 200mg, 125mg & 150mg. I think my body gets too use to the dosage or my chemistry changes. Chemistry hell, I think its called weight. LOL

Anyways. I need to think quality of life. I’m getting way too big for my britches, literally. That’s so not healthy. Think healthy.

At least my doctor didn’t say “yo’haff edZachary disease, yo’face look edZachary like yo’ass.” LOL

    So wot? No moah plate lunches den? No moah beeg meals, no moah dessert firs……jus’ brocalii an rice mebbe. Gotta go on a diet den? We all no dat to live is to eat yah? SPecilli eef u from Hawaii. Problem is mebbe u hav access to too much ono foods. Ovah hea da stoahs close aftah 8 in da evenin’ but still get places fo’ eat but den das oni till like midnight so den no moah. So wot u goin’ do now????? Try grow tallah den should work yah? Not easy tryin’ to change da way u eat and fogit about dietin’ once u staht dat u goin’ be on wun diet fo’ life owah u goin’ gain agin.

    Its ALL about moderation & DISCIPLINE ain’t it? I’m so undisciplined. No wonda I got plenny lickens small time, hudhead no listen. There’s no cure fo’hud head you know. LOL Still can eat plate lunch. Just gotta orda da mini. Hooo may as well say manini yeah. People from Hawaii, wen dey say da kine haole portions - our eyes roll yeah, hooo da manini. Den dey see da local supasize, and dey happy “dats wot I’m tawking about” LOL Juss gotta downsize and eat betta.

    Need to eat smarter/cleaner no process food……I’ve done it befoe, even wen vegan for couple of weeks its not as bab as people think. Juss that it takes alot of planning and thought.

Luckily i eat good witout even tryin’. I like eatin BBQ but i no need rice owah potatoes wit em’ All i need is wun salad owah like yestahday i wen BBQ couple pork steaks an Jutta wen make zuchini’s, onions, bell-peppers an liddo bit garlic in da oven……ho wuz wun winnah an guess wot i git fo’ lunch? Naw but even breakfast i jus’ eat wun jogurt, couple boiled eggs an wun crissont but das jus’ me. Now wen i go back to da aina i feed my face but of course i no pick up weight eiddah cause i stay in da watah alot so i stay burnin’ up. So i hope u make em wit da change in eatin’. Goin’ be hahd but eef u really like do em’ u can make em. \m/
